What happens in the free counselling session?
We look at your marks, budget, study gap and goals, then suggest two or three suitable countries. You get an honest view of your chances before paying anything. The session can happen at the office or on WhatsApp.

How do we help with university admission?
We shortlist universities that fit your grades, budget and career plan, then prepare and submit applications. We track offers and deadlines so nothing is missed. For Germany, applications often go through uni-assist, which we handle step by step.

What does our student visa service include?
We check your funds, documents and application form against the official list for your country. We also prepare you for the visa interview where one applies. The final decision always belongs to the embassy or immigration office.
How do we help Pakistani students win scholarships?
We match your profile to scholarships you can actually win, then help with the motivation letter, recommendation letters and deadlines. Fully funded awards are competitive, so we also plan a backup with lower-cost universities.

Which documents and letters do we prepare with you?

Is the first counselling session free?
Yes. The first counselling session at Hammad Study Abroad is free. Any later fee is shared in writing before you commit, and you can ask questions about it first.
Do you guarantee a student visa?
No. No honest consultant can guarantee a visa, because the embassy or immigration office decides. We prepare the file carefully and tell you openly if your profile looks weak.
Can you help if my visa was refused before?
Yes. We read the refusal letter, find what went wrong and tell you honestly whether a new application makes sense. Sometimes a different country or a later intake is the better choice.
Do you help with scholarships?
Yes. We match your profile to scholarships such as DAAD, CSC, Türkiye Bursları and Erasmus Mundus, and help you build the documents. The scholarship body makes the final decision.
Can I get help through WhatsApp only?
Yes. Many students complete counselling, document checks and follow-ups on WhatsApp. You can also visit the office if you prefer to meet in person.
